Born and raised in Barbados, Annie has always been an artistic person and earned her Associate Degree in Visual Arts. Annie’s art has always been portrait based, focusing on people and clothing, and this was a major influence in her decision to pursue Apparel Design.
Her collection was specifically inspired by the carnival season of Crop Over on Barbados, a very colorful and carefree time across the island. These garments are made for the bystanders of Barbados Grand Kadooment.
